The contact address for matters related to the processing of your personal data from the employment form is the email address of the Human Resources department.
In case of submitting data via the online form for the purpose of possible employment we collect the following personal data: basic personal data (name, surname, address, date of birth, contact details and possible link to LinkedIn profile), competence data (completed education, knowledge and skills), current employment educational attainment and other competences (experience, ways of performing tasks, attitude towards work, expectations towards the employer, etc.), which relate to the ability to perform work. If you provide a link to a Linkedin profile, we will use it to supplement your personal data listed above.
Excess data exceeding the purpose of their collection described below will be deleted at the first review, soon after your entry.
The purpose of collecting your personal data is as follows: If a concrete need for employment arises in Ascaldera and when a definite job description is created, the Human Resources Department will compare the requirements from job description with your personal data and find possible matching competencies. In case of sufficient matching we will contact you and, in case you will be interested, include you in appropriate selection procedure for recruitment, when and if such a procedure will be open, or in procedure for starting cooperation on another basis.
Your personal data from the employment form for the abovementioned purpose is used by the following internal users: Director, Personnel and Heads of Ascaldera Departments. Individual internal users of your personal data do not store them. They are stored in a central place in a company instead, protected from unintentional or unlawful destruction, loss, modification, unauthorised disclosure or access and under supervision of the human resources department.
We do not transfer your personal data to any external user or processor.
We will keep your personal data for a maximum of 2 years and we will extend or shorten this term according to your explicit request, if expressed. In any case we will not keep your data longer than:
- until the conclusion of the regular procedure for employment in Ascaldera, if such procedure will arise.
- until the beginning of business cooperation with you or cooperation on any other basis if such cooperation starts.
At the end of any of the deadlines stated above Ascaldera will permanently delete your personal data.
Data, that are starred, are data that are mandatory for Ascaldera to be able to correctly determine the possible matching of your personal data with the requirements of the workplace. We ask you to enter at least the personal data marked with an asterisk when filling in the employment form because otherwise we cannot properly apply your personal data for the abovementioned purposes and it would be incorrect from us to store and process incomplete data. So if you do not enter all the required data, we will not save your application.
Notwithstanding the statements in the previous paragraph, you may contact Ascaldera directly using the email address mentioned in the first paragraph of this section to obtain information on employment opportunities and on the collection of personal data for this purpose.
